Service Terms & Scope
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our professional arborist or stump grinding services. By hiring Stump Grinding Dorset, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following conditions.
1. Service Agreement
Stump Grinding Dorset agrees to perform arborist and stump grinding services as detailed in your written quote. We will operate with City & Guilds NPTC arborist certifications and respect all property safety constraints.
2. Flat-Rate Quotations
All arborist quotes are based on homeowner physical measurements and photographs. If our team arrives on-site and finds the stump’s core diameter significantly exceeds the quoted specifications, we reserve the right to alter the invoice.
3. Cancellations & Booking Changes
Homeowners must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arborist arrival time to cancel or modify a booking without incurring administrative rescheduling fees.
4. public Liability
Stump Grinding Dorset carries £5,000,000 in public liability insurance. We take extreme precautions (including protective screens and arborist utility boards) to protect your garden borders from debris and heavy tires.
5. Terms of Payment
Payment is strictly required upon completion of arborist operations. We accept bank transfer, debit cards, or cash. No initial deposit is required for residential garden jobs under £500.
6. Customer Complaints & Feedback
We strive for 100% arborist satisfaction. If you find our tidiness or flat finish does not match your expectations, notify our team within 7 days and we will return to evaluate and resolve the issue.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
