Matt went massively above and beyond to get rid of a huge 1m oak stump I had in the way, on a Sunday, with no notice at all. Digging it out didn’t go to plan for me ahead of footings needing to go in on the Monday. I made some enquiries late on the weekend and Matt came straight back to me with a reasonable price, then when asked if he could do it literally the same day - a Sunday none the less, he gave up his day off to help me out with no complaints. Friendly guy, great service, great job done, would highly recommend him! You don’t ever get service like that any more!

Matty was really friendly, courteous and did excellent job grinding stump. Luckily he had a hand held grinder as only access was through my house. Very speedy and cost effective and tidied up after job. Only downside was filled hole with layers of soil and the sawdust which is biodegradable and therefore beginning to rot down and soil level dropping - would be fine except I want to lay patio on top so would not do that next time. Definitely recommend Matty and Stump grinding Dorset.

Top service, Matthew removed a large tropical plant stump and the associated spaghetti warren of tightly bound root system. Despite limited space to work within, he did a well controlled excavation down to sufficient depth for re-plant. Excellent result, would definitely recommend him.
